Senior Associate Attorney at Dillon McCandless King Coulter & Graham, LLP, with nineteen years experience in Municipal/School Law, Oil & Gas Leasing and Domestic Relations. Currently, his primary areas of practice are in the fields of Education and Oil/Gas Law in the Butler, Venango, Clarion and Mercer County areas. A member of the firm’s School Law Group; which serves as solicitor and advisor to twenty one public school districts, three vocational technical schools, two community colleges, the Regional Learning Alliance and the Slippery Rock University Foundation. Has just completed a second term on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association. Contributing Editor for the recently published Pennsylvania School Law Handbook (2012 Ed). Extensive experience in the areas of divorce, custody, support and juvenile law. Has lectured and written on various topics regarding Pennsylvania domestic practice and procedures; and has contributed articles to the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer Journal.

Over the past few years, has represented hundreds of private and public landowners in regard to the negotiation of Oil and Gas Leases in Western Pennsylvania. In the Summer of 2011, was profiled by the Butler County Business Matters magazine for work representing local landowners seeking gas leases. A regular participant/presenter at Marcellus Shale Gas Expositions and informational meetings conducted on behalf of landowner groups, the Butler Media Group, Butler County Community College, the local Penn State University Cooperative Extension Office, regional Chambers of Commerce and similar entities.

Graduated from Allegheny College (B.A. Political Science) where he was an Alden Scholar and lettered in Baseball. Also holds degrees from Villanova University (M.A. Political Science) and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D). Resides in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, with his three children. Is the son of State Senator Mary Jo White and Senior Judge H. William White, Jr. In his spare time, Will is an NCAA (Div I) and PIAA Football Official and he serves on various charitable boards.
