Andrea C. Parenti

Andrea is an Associate of the firm and is based in the Cranberry Township office. She represents clients in the areas of commercial and private real estate, corporate organization and issues and estates. She also represents public clients including schools and municipalities.

Andrea earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in political science and sociology from Arizona State University. She earned her J.D. from Western New England College.

Andrea is a member of the Butler County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She has presented and written material for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the National Business Institute.
