Megan is an Associate in the firm’s Cranberry office. Her primary practice areas involve representing clients in a variety of real estate and business matters, including residential and commercial real estate transactions, corporate transactions, and business formation and organization. Megan assists clients with real estate sales and acquisitions, leasing, loan documentation, asset sales and acquisitions, and all aspects of corporate formation and governance.

Prior to joining Dillon McCandless King Coulter & Graham, Megan worked for two large Pittsburgh based law firms representing public and private companies in a variety of matters, including large-scale real estate and energy transactions, due diligence and title matters, asset sales and acquisitions, and contract drafting and negotiation.

Megan earned her B.A. in political science from the Pennsylvania State University. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law in 2009.

Megan is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
